Steps for Successful Login on a New Device
1. Check Your Email for Verification
- When you attempt to log in from a new device, you will receive an email containing a verification button.

Important: Make sure to open and click the verification button using the same new device you are trying to log in from.
2. Approve the Device
From the contents of the email, you will be prompted to approve the device. Click the "Approve Device" button in the email.
3. Return to the Coins Website
Once you have approved the device, go back to the Coins website. Click the "I've clicked the confirmation link" button to complete the login process.
Common Issues to Avoid
Do not Use Different Devices for the Email Verification:
Attempting to log in using your mobile device while clicking the verification email on a desktop, laptop, or another device can lead to the login error shown below.
Always ensure that both the Log in and Approve Device actions are performed on the same device.
