How to Handle Multiple Accounts on Coins.xyz
Check if your account is verified and follow the steps that apply:
a. Neither account is ID & selfie verified
You can simply choose the account you want to keep and proceed with ID and selfie verification. For your second account, you may leave it as is or request to have it deactivated.
b. One account is ID & selfie verified, the other isn't
The verified account becomes your permanent account. Note that if you try to verify your second account, this error will show up under your Identity Verification. You start with changing your password in case you no longer have access to your verified account.
c. Multiple accounts are verified
Oops! Based on our User Agreement, you may only maintain one verified account with us on Coins.xyz. Please select which account you want to keep active and our team will assist you in deactivating the other account.
Can I consolidate my funds from my multiple accounts?
Yes! Our team would be glad to help with consolidating your funds. You will have to complete verification steps to assure the safety of your account and funds. Once complete, your funds will be transferred to your verified account.
