To change the email address linked to your Coins.xyz account, follow this step-by-step guide:

1. Access Account Settings.

Click on the User icon located in the lower-left corner of the page.

Select Account Settings.

Under the Account section, locate the Email Address option.

Click "Change email".

Input your new email address.

Kindly click Send code on the Email Verification Code (New email) section to receive the verification code.

Once you have inputted the required verification code, the Next button will turn black.

Kindly input all the required verification codes under Security Check.

Click Send code beside each required code to receive the OTP on your Old Email, Number, and 2FA (if applicable).

Once you have input all required verification codes, the Confirm button will turn black.

If required, complete the facial recognition step for additional security.

Your mobile number is now updated.

If you have issues with changing the mobile number of your account, send us a message through the following:

Check Your Network: Make sure you have a strong signal or internet connection.
Verify Contact Information: Confirm that your phone number and email address are correct.
Look for the Code: Check your spam or junk folders.
Request a New Code: You can usually request a new code after a short wait.
Use a Different Method: If possible, use an alternative method like an authenticator app (2FA) for verification.
