6. Take a Selfie:

- Option 1: Use your webcam by clicking Use Webcam.
- Option 2: Use your mobile device by clicking Use My Phone.
7. Follow the instructions to submit your ID and take a Selfie.
8. Review the details extracted from your ID, such as ID number, name, nationality, address, etc.
9. Click Next if the information is correct. Otherwise, edit the details using the dropdown arrows or pencil icons.
10. You will receive a notification once your verification is processed and reviewed.

Why was my ID rejected?
There are several possible reasons why your ID was rejected, most commonly:
- Name, date of birth or other information doesn't match that on valid ID.
- Account with the same name and date of birth exists.
- Valid ID profile picture doesn't match the selfie. Try a valid ID with an updated profile picture.
- Screen captured valid ID. Take a photo of your physical valid ID.
- ID is cut off / blurry / has glare.
- ID type not supported.
