This will be shown through a pop-up notification on your browser. On the web browser, you will need to unblock camera access. To do this, you may click "Allow" once provider asks for camera access.
Alternatively, you may click the View Site Information icon found on the left hand side of the URL field (next to where it says "https://").

This will reveal a dropdown with all of your browser permissions settings. Look for "Permissions." For Camera, make sure that it is set to "Allowed".
