An unsupported token deposit occurs when a token sent to a Coins.xyz wallet is not part of our list of supported cryptocurrencies and tokens (e.g. sending wETH to a Coins.xyz Ronin address). In addition, the transfer must be through a network supported by Coins.xyz (e.g. Ethereum, Ronin).
What happens if you’ve sent an unsupported token to Coins.xyz?
Recoveries for these transactions may be possible, but it is NOT always the case. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and unsupported tokens or tokens sent via an unsupported network to your Coins.xyz wallet are generally deemed unrecoverable.
You may refer here for more information on our recovery policy for unsupported tokens.
If you accidentally sent an unsupported token
1. Contact Coins.xyz Support. We understand mistakes happen. Reach out to our support team through the following:
2. Provide Transaction Details Including your transaction hash (TXID) or a link to the transaction in your message. This helps us locate your lost funds.
We will then conduct an internal investigation to verify if the asset you have sent is recoverable. Generally, we are only able to support the tokens and networks listed here.
