Depending on your preference, you may feel free to change the default chart style to fit your charting analysis.
1. Candlestick (Default style)
Size of price movements are conveyed using different colors.
2. Hollow Candles
Similar to candlestick, this chart displays the size of price movements using various colors, except their fill helps to interpret data.
3. Bars
The movement on this chart over a specified time period is visualized through multiple price bars.
4. Heikin Ashi
Future price movements can be predicted by using this chart technique as it tries to filter out some of the market noise by smoothing out price movements.
This way, the Heikin Ashi chart is similar to traditional candlestick but can better identify trend movements in the market.
5. Line
Data points are connected with a single line to form a chart.
6. Area
Similar to a line chart, area visualizes data by plotting and connecting data points, then filling the area with color.
7. Baseline
Price movement is shown relative to a baseline of one’s choosing - useful in analyzing price fluctuations.
