Frequently Asked Questions
Why has the USD equivalent in my balances changed since the last time I checked it?
The USD equivalent in your wallet has changed because it's based on the current market value of your cryptocurrencies, which fluctuates constantly. While the actual amount of cryptocurrency you own remains constant, its USD value changes as cryptocurrency prices rise or fall in the market. You can verify your cryptocurrency balances in the Portfolio tab and check the Transaction History for any unexpected changes in your crypto holdings.
